Dr. Barbara Etheridge, board certified family medicine, is honored to be named one of “NJ Top Docs” for the past 14 years. She loves teaching, whether it be with students interested in pursuing a career in medicine or with patients to help them understand things regarding their health on a level that they can comprehend. Her compassion, kindness and sincerity along with her wisdom and knowledge over the past 26 years of being in practice, has enabled her to provide excellent patient care and earn her outstanding reputation. Her collaboration and close relationships with her supportive staff and associates in multiple subspecialties, allows her to provide the best care to her patients. She strives to make the patient-doctor interaction a positive life-long experience and enjoys caring for multiple generations of families. Patients are treated as if they are family or friends

Silvana joined Etheridge Family Medicine in 2006 as a Medical Assistant and receptionist and has since advanced to the role of Office Manager. In her current position, she is responsible for coordinating a wide range of services that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the practice. Silvana's dedication to the team and her organizational skills have been invaluable in maintaining the high standards of patient care and service. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Silvana enjoys a variety of hobbies that reflect her diverse interests. She loves traveling to new destinations, baking delicious treats, and cherishing quality time with her husband and daughter. Her well-rounded approach to both work and personal life makes her a vital part of the Etheridge Family Medicine team.
