Our office is open for in-person visits Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. For your convenience, telehealth calls are also available from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. On Fridays, we are pleased to offer both in-office and telehealth appointments, with availability extended until 6:00 PM.

I want to personally let you know about new state regulations regarding controlled substance medication refills that took effect on April 1, 2026. These changes are required by the state and were not made by our practice. You are required to be physically seen, in office, every 3 months (90 days) in order for medication to be refilled.
