Dr. Barbara Etheridge is a board-certified family medicine physician who is dedicated to giving her patients one hundred percent and strives to make their lives healthier, happier and more fulfilling. She believes strongly that preventative care is critical to living a long, healthy, prosperous life. She has managed to successfully multitask and find a sense of balance in her life as a mother, a wife, and a career woman. She has owned her own medical practice for over fifteen years. Dr. Etheridge is a well-respected family physician who goes above and beyond for her patients. She is hard working, dedicated, compassionate and knowledgeable. She is well connected with multiple specialists in the area and well respected by her peers. She has the distinct honor of being recognized as one of ‘’NJ Top Docs”, which is highlighted in NJ Monthly Magazine for the past 8 consecutive years. Dr. Etheridge is affiliated with both Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Saint Peters Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. “I love being able to interact and connect with people. I pride myself on offering a friendly, trusting, open relationship with my patients, enabling them to feel free to discuss any concerns they may have. Listening to a patient problem, concerns, and symptoms and trying to figure out what is wrong, coming up with a diagnosis and treatment plan, moving forward to a better, healthier way of a living, is not only challenging but extremely rewarding. I enjoy being there and helping to motivate my patients throughout their journey and developing long-lasting meaningful relationships. The satisfaction that comes with knowing that you are helping play a role in making someone’s life a little better is just priceless.” When she is not spending time in the office or hospitals with patients, Dr. Etheridge enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. She loves arts and crafts, reading and enjoying nature.
